Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Roxi was the pillar of happiness. She refused to be anything less. She made her own if she couldn't get anyone to help her. Her favorite ball was always in her mouth. Always, unless food was going in. She lived long life and at 13 her eyes were clear her head was sharp as was her hearing. We will miss you Roxi. You taught us alot and left a big impression on our hearts!!!

Roxi died September 3,2002

We got Lotti from Ivan Reek when she was 9 months old. Lottie was a wonderful Mother.. She lived in a big run with her Son Zeus and Daughter Tabitha. One day all the dogs started barking. But the bark was not normal. So Brandon went out to see what was going on . He saw a lot of excitement in their run so he went in. There was a rattlesnake on the ground, dead of course and Lottie had several bites on her face. But her kids were untouched. We knew she was in trouble. We called the vet and they said bring her in fast. She was 10 so the vet didn't give us a lot of encouragement except that we got her there so fast. The bad thing was that the Rattler was a baby and they can't control how much venom goes into the victim. So it didn't look good. The next morning they called us and said come get your girl. She made it. They were real suprised that she made it. But Lottie was a tough girl. And now I want to tell you about something worse than the venom of the Rattler! What killed Lottie. We didn't have her speyed and she ended up with Pyometra..... however you spell it. Doesn't matter. We feel so bad. We have learned a valuable lesson. It's a killer. She had the surgery but didn't get better. So please get your girls spayed and don't go through what we did.

CH TROPICO'S CLAIM TO FAME ("Kanya")

Kanya was a Standout in the ring. She absolutely loved to show. From her first show to her last, the Judges wanted to take her home. She finished her Championship and then was specialed for a time. Then the hair on the tummy started to go so we decided to stop showing her!! She produced 2 Wonderful Champion bitches, Ch
Tropico's Totally Trouble & Ch Tropico's Desert Rose.

Kanya went blind when she was 6. Almost overnight. Upon examination there was no visible reason for it. No Cataracts no PRA. She was tested every year until then. We have learned alot about vaccines and we believe that alot of Kanya's problems were caused by too many!! She went to the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 11.
